Yes. If you have a design, we can make a unique prototype plush toy based on your design for you to show your clients, the cost starts from $180. If you have an idea but no design draft, you can tell us your idea or give us some reference pictures, we can provide you with drawing design services, and help you enter the stage of prototype production smoothly. The design cost is $30.

We will sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) with you. There is a “Download” link at the bottom of our website, which contains a DNA file, please check. Signing the DNA will mean that we cannot copy, produce and sell your products to others without your permission.

As we develop and make your exclusive plush, there are many factors that affect the final price. Such as the size, quantity, Material, complexity of the design, technical process, sewn label, packaging, destination, etc.
Size:Our regular size is roughly divided into four grades, 4 to 6 inches mini plush, 8-12 inches smaller stuffed plush toys, 16-24 inches plush pillows and other plush toys over 24 inches. The larger the size, the more materials are needed, the manufacturing and labor costs, and the cost of raw materials will also increase. At the same time, the volume of the plush toy will also increase, and the transportation cost will also increase.
Quantity:The more you order, the lower the unit price you will pay, which has something to do with fabric, labor, and transportation. If the order quantity is more than 1000pcs, we can refund the sample charge.
Material:The type and quality of plush fabric and filling will greatly affect the price.
Design:Some designs are relatively simple, while others are more complex. From the production point of view, the more complicated the design, the price is often higher than the simple design, because they need to reflect more details, which greatly increases the labor cost, and the price will increase accordingly.
Technical process:You choose different embroidery methods, printing types, and production processes that will affect the final price.
Sewing labels:If you need to sew washing labels, logo woven labels, CE labels, etc., it will add a little material and labor costs, which will affect the final price.
Packaging:If you need to customize special packaging bags or color boxes, you need to paste barcodes and multi-layer packaging, which will increase the labor costs of packaging materials and boxes, which will affect the final price.
Destination:We can ship worldwide. Shipping costs are different for different countries and regions. Different shipping methods have different costs, which affect the final price. We can provide express, air, boat, sea, railway, land, and other transportation methods.

The design, management, sample making and production of plush toys are all in China. We have been in the plush toy manufacturing industry for 24 years. From 1999 to now, we have been undertaking the business of producing plush toys. Our MOQ for custom plush products is only 100 pieces. This is a very low MOQ, which is very suitable as a test order and for companies, event parties, independent brands, offline retail, online sales, etc. who want to try to cooperate with us to customize plush toys for the first time. We know that maybe 1000 pieces or more will be more economical, but we hope that more people will have the opportunity to participate in the custom plush toy business and enjoy the joy and excitement it brings.

Our first quotation is an estimated price based on the design drawings you provide. We have been engaged in this industry for many years, and we have a dedicated quotation manager for quotation. In most cases, we try our best to follow the first quotation. But a custom project is a complex project with a long cycle, each project is different, and the final price may be higher or lower than the original quotation. However, before you decide to produce in bulk, the price we give you is the final price, and no cost will be added after that, you don't have to worry too much.

Prototype stage: It takes about 1 month, 2 weeks for making initial samples, 1-2 weeks for 1 modification, depending on the details of your requested modification.

Prototype Shipping: We will ship to you by express, it will take about 5-12 days.

Your quotation includes sea freight and home delivery. Sea freight is the cheapest and most cost-effective shipping method. Additional charges will apply if you request any additional products to be shipped by air.

Yes. I've been designing and making plush toys for a long time. All plush toys can meet or exceed ASTM, CPSIA, EN71 standards, and can obtain CPC and CE certificates. We have been paying attention to the changes in toy safety standards in the United States, Europe and the world.

Yes. We can add your logo to plush toys in many ways.
* Print your logo on T-shirts or clothing by digital printing, screen printing, offset printing, etc.
* Embroider your logo on the plush toy by computer embroidery.
* Print your logo on the label and sew it onto the plush toy.
* Print your logo on hanging tags.
These can all be discussed during the prototyping phase.

Yes, we also do custom shaped pillows, custom bags, doll clothes, blankets, golf sets, key chains, doll accessories, etc.

When you place an order with us, you need to represent and warrant that you have acquired the brand, trademark, logo, copyright, etc. of the product. If you need us to keep your design confidential, we can provide you with a standard NDA document to sign.

We can produce opp bags, PE bags, canvas linen bags, gift paper bags, color boxes, PVC color boxes and other packaging according to your requirements and designs. If you need to stick a barcode on the packaging, we can do that too. Our regular packaging is a transparent opp bag.

Start by filling in Get A Quote, we will make a quotation after we receive your design drawings and production requirements. If you agree with our quotation, we will charge the prototype fee, and after discussing the proofing details and material selection with you, we will start to make your prototype.

Sure, when you give us a design draft, you participate. We will discuss fabrics, production techniques, etc. together. Then finish the draft prototype in about 1 week, and send photos to you for checking. You can put forward your modification opinions and ideas, and we will also provide you with professional guidance, so that you can carry out mass production smoothly in the future. After your approval, we will spend about 1 week to revise the prototype, and will take pictures again for your inspection when finished. If you are not satisfied, you can continue to express your modification requirements, until the prototype satisfies you, we will send it to you by express.
